The object of the procedure is the purchase of diesel without excise duty and diesel with excise duty by concluding a contract valid until 31.12.2023, with the possibility of extending the contract through an additional act until 30.04.2024, in accordance with the requirements of the specifications - SectionII of the award documentation.
Lot 1: 1450 tons of EN590 diesel or equivalent, without excise duty, used for navigation; Estimated value until 31.12.2023: 10, 150, 000 lei, without VAT.
Lot 2: 150 tons of diesel EN590 or equivalent, with excise duty, used for heating; Estimated value up to31.12.2023: 1, 275, 000 lei, without VAT.
Lot 3: 500 tons of diesel EN590 or equivalent, with recoverable excise duty, used for dredging activity; Estimated value until 31.12.2023: 4, 250, 000 lei, without VAT.
