1. All goods delivered shall be brand new, and free from defects/damaged. The bath soap must be individually packed, mild and
safe for daily use.
2. Deworming Medicines delivered must have a remaining shelf life of at least 18-24 mos from the date of delivery
3. Items found damaged, expired or defective upon inspection at the school level shall be replaced by the supplier within 7 days
4. Deliver items to SDO Biliran within 10 working days from the receipt of NTP/PO
5. Processing of payment shall be made after completeness of necessary documentation and inspection & acceptance
