Tender Details

1. The subject of the order includes the purchase of a computer set including the purchase of a desktop computer - 1 piece and a computer monitor - 1 piece in accordance with the requirements and parameters specified in the description of the subject of the order (OPZ) included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as equipment or devices. 2. The equipment is purchased for the needs of the District Office in Przeworsk.3. The ordering party requires a warranty for the delivered devices. The warranty period is one of the criteria for evaluating the offers, with the minimum allowable warranty period being 36 months and the maximum 60 months. months, counting from the date of signing the acceptance protocol by both parties.4. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms described in the draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Annex No. 4 to SWZ.
