KWP Katowice invites you to submit a price offer for the purchase and delivery of VELOSTRONG GRIP BLACK Nitrile work gloves with grip, 50 pcs / pack - 100 packages in accordance with the description of the subject of the order constituting attachment no. 1 INVITATION The given unit price should be include all delivery costs. Estimated completion date: up to 7 calendar days from the date of sending the order/contract. Payment within 30 days of receipt of a correctly issued VAT invoice - the basis for issuing an invoice is physical delivery goods to the indicated place and confirmation of its compliance. All costs and risks related to the implementation of the subject of the order are borne by the Contractor. At the stage of submitting offers, the Ordering Party expects the following to be attached to the procedure: - product catalog cards - scans signed declaration ART 7 - Annex 2 The Ordering Party reserves the right to launch an additional stage of the auction. The Contractor is obliged to sign the contract/order without undue delay from the date of submitting the documents to the Contractor. All costs and the risk related to the implementation of the subject of the order is borne by the Contractor. We reserve the right to withdraw from the order/sign the contract without giving a reason.
