Invitation to Bid for the Purchase & Delivery of Linens for One Ilocos Sur Hotel
1) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, through the CY 2026 Appropriations (LGUs, the Annual Budget, as approved by the Sangguniang) intends to apply the sum of PhP4, 379, 770.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase & Delivery of Linens for One Ilocos Sur Hotel-PGIS-045-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur now invites bids for Purchase & Delivery of Linens for One Ilocos Sur Hotel. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
