The Municipal Government of Tuba, Benguet Province thru its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites Contractors to bid for the hereunder project/s:
Name of Project : Purchase & Delivery of Laboratory Equipment
Location : Poblacion, Tuba, Benguet
Description : Provision of laboratory equipment to aid in the screening & diagnosis of various diseases in the municipality.
1. Three (3) units Hemocytometer/Neubauer Counting Chamber @ Php 5, 000.00/unit =Php 15, 000.00
2. One (1) unit Blood Chemistry Analyzer 4500, stand alone chemistry analyzer, touch screen interface, on-board curve fitting software, w/ built-in printer, accomodates 12mm tubes or cuvettes, flowcell included: interactive touch screen LCD w/ USB mouse, read cell is temperature-controlled in 37 degrees celcius; biochromatic and monochromatic reading; turbidimetric assay capable; with filters and alternate filters@ Php 300, 000.00/unit
3. One (1) unit Hemoglobin Meter w/ strips @ Php 26, 000.00/unit

NOTE: Lot Bidding
Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding, and have key personnel and equipment (owned, leased or under purchase) available for the prosecution of the project. The Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary -œPASS / FAIL- criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
All particulars relative to Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR).

The Municipal Government of Tuba, Benguet Province assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
