The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and installation of an X-ray device along with integration with the IT system Hospital and adaptation of rooms for the installation, including installation of electrically conductive carpet. "The project was implemented with funds from the Masovian Voivodeship Self-Government as part of the Masovian Citizens' Budget. 2. The order consists of one package. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order includes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order (OPZ), Annex No. 2a to the SWZ - Technical specification, Annex No. 2b to the SWZ - Assortment and price form and Annex No. 7 to the SWZ - Draft contract. 4.
