The subject of the proceedings and order is the purchase, delivery, installation, commissioning and training in the operation of a new generation high-parameter cell sorter, enabling cell sorting based on image analysis in real time, for the needs of the Faculty of Biochemistry, Biophysics and Biotechnology of the Jagiellonian University, as part of the project "Specialized Laboratory of Biological Interactions" (ACRONYM: SLOB) 2. for the needs of the Faculty of Biochemistry, Biophysics and Biotechnology of the Jagiellonian University, located in Kraków, code: 30-387, at ul. Gronostajowa 7. 3. The subject of the order includes in particular: 3.1 transport, insurance, delivery, bringing and installation of the apparatus in the rooms indicated by the ordering party, 3.2 delivery of the control device (hardware computer), accessories and reagents necessary to run it and immediately start analyzes (so-called starter package) 3.3 training for at least four of the ordering party's employees in basic operation of the apparatus, its maintenance and analysis data, in the case of training conducted outside the installation site, along with covering the costs of participation. 3.4 launching and conducting SAT tests, 3.5 providing the ordering party with acceptance documentation (acceptance report, warranty cards, instructions service), 3.6covering the subject of the order with a warranty (min. 36 months) on the terms indicated in the contract template (drafted contract provisions), and in the case of accessories...
