A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting documentation for the task in question along with the bill of quantities, constituting an annex to the Terms of Reference (SWZ). The order is of a mixed nature and consists of supplies, services and construction works. The contractor is obliged to: developing and submitting to the Ordering Party a material and financial schedule for the implementation of the subject of the order within 10 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The schedule is subject to the Ordering Party's approval. The schedule should include the division of works into stages along with: assigning financial values and deadlines for their implementation.
