Purchase, delivery, installation, commissioning of the system Light Sheet Fluorescence Microscope (LSFM) with a set of accessories and on-the-job training for the Faculty of Biology of the Jagiellonian University. 1. The subject of the proceedings and order is purchase, delivery, installation and launch of scientific and research equipment in the form of a brand new Light-Sheet Fluorescence Microscope (LSFM) microscope system with a set of accessories and on-the-job training of the ordering party's employees. The order is processed on needs of the Faculty of Biology of the Jagiellonian University, located in Krakow, code: 30-387, ul. Gronostajowa 9, 2nd floor, room 2.98. 2. The device must be delivered ready for operation without the need to make additional purchases. 3. Subject of the order includes in particular: 3.1 transport, insurance, delivery, bringing, installation and commissioning of the equipment in the rooms indicated by the ordering party, 3.2 two-day initial on-the-job training (8 hours each day) on-site installation of equipment, for not more than five (5) employees of the ordering party to operate the device, 3.3 two days advanced on-the-job training (8 clock hours each day) on-site for not more than five (5) the ordering party's employees to operate the device. 3.4 basic training will cover commissioning, setting basic parameters, preparation for work and basic...
