Package 1: Purchase, delivery, implementation and integration of a medical documentation digitization system as part of the development of digital services in health care. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation, configuration and implementation of a documentation digitization system medical equipment, including the supply of multifunctional devices enabling scanning of documents and feeding them into the Electronic Medical Documentation (EDM) system. The system is intended to enable the digitization of archival and current medical documentation created in the form of paper and saving its digital version in the EDM repository. As part of the execution of the order, the Contractor is obliged to provide and implement software for digitizing medical records, provide a scanning system license, provide and commissioning multifunctional devices, integrating the solution with the Ordering Party's HIS and EDM systems, configuring and commissioning the system and providing service support. The ordering party uses AMMS (HIS) and EDM systems from Asseco Poland. The offered solution must enable integration with these systems.
