Purchasing process regarding the purchase and subsequent delivery of cakes/honey cakes. All details regarding the purchasing process can be found in the attached documentation.WARS S.A. begins the purchasing process aimed at selecting the supplier: cake/cake honey. We estimate the order volume over a 12-month period to be a total of 75, 000 portions weighing 100g each. Permissible packaging weight: 400-800g. We expect the entire cake/cake to be divided into equal portions of 100g, without waste.Storage temperature: no controlled temperature and refrigeration conditions required. The above quantities are estimated quantities, WARS will not be obliged to purchase the product in the quantity indicated in this inquiry. Please send me an offer containing:1. Logistic minimums for deliveries to WARS warehouses, provided that the maximum logistic minimums cannot be greater than: for the warehouse in Warsaw - PLN 2, 000 net, for Kraków - PLN 1, 500 net, for Gdynia - PLN 1, 500 net, for Wrocław - PLN 500 net, 2. Invoice payment deadline - minimum 21 days.3. The minimum guaranteed shelf life of products from the moment of delivery to WARS - the minimum expected shelf life is 30 days from the moment of delivery to WARS S.A.4. Order processing time from the moment of its submission - a maximum of 96 working hours.5. Deliveries to WARS warehouses included in the purchase price, including deliveries to the following locations: Gdynia, Kraków and Wrocław using cars equipped with lifts...
