INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Purchase & Delivery of Basic Mechanical Tools for Distribution Provincewide
1) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, through the CY 2026 Appropriations intends to apply the sum of PhP7, 710, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase & Delivery of Basic Mechanical Tools for Distribution Provincewide-PGIS-081-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur now invites bids for Purchase & Delivery of Basic Mechanical Tools for Distribution Provincewide. Delivery of the Goods is required within 10 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least TWO (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
