The Supply Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice invites you to participate in the procedure for the purchase, delivery, assembly and construction of a kitchenette for the Police Headquarters in Częstochowa - implementation of an investment task. Subject description order is included in the invitation to submit an offer. Payment terms - by bank transfer - 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued invoice. Delivery costs - On the supplier's side - delivery to KMP in Częstochowa Warranty - 24 months, but not less than manufacturer's warranty. Delivery date - up to 7 business days from the date of signing the order/agreement. The contractor is obliged to submit a declaration of not being subject to exclusion pursuant to Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions in the field of counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and serving to protect national security (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835). THE STATEMENT IS AVAILABLE IN THE "APTENDICES" TAB. The Ordering Party requires that the assortment as part of the order execution be brand new, free from technical and legal defects, in intact factory packaging, approved for trading and grade I. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the delivery address - after prior notification to the Contractor.
