The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery, assembly and connection of 10 tent halls as part of task 45052, along with equipment with internal and external installations in the town of Gniewczyna Łańcucka. Order completion date: until January 29, 2027. Warranty: 42 months counting from the date of final acceptance of the Subject of the Agreement or from the date of confirmation of the removal of defects if they are found during final acceptance. Warranty: 66 months. Service: 42 months. THE APPLICATION FORM must be sent no later than April 22, 2026 hours 22:00 directly on the shopping platform using the Make an offer tab. The Ordering Party reserves that the form an application submitted after the deadline indicated above will not be considered. In order to minimize the risk related to non-performance or improper performance of the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to invite the Contractor to the proceedings, after analyzing the situation financial, including existing liabilities.
