Purchase, delivery, assembly and commissioning of a high-resolution mass spectrometer combined with a liquid chromatograph for the Center for Advanced Technologies. The subject of the order is described in Annex A to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order. Performer will deliver and install the subject of the order at its own expense and risk in the place specified by the Ordering Party. Domestic and foreign transport, including insurance, all customs duties, stamp duties and any other fees - are the responsibility of the Contractor. Ordering party allows the submission of equivalent offers. The Contractor may offer equipment with the same or better technical, qualitative and functional parameters, meeting the minimum parameters specified by the Ordering Party in Annex A to the SWZ. Ordering party reserves that all proper names of materials (products) given in the SWZ or another document integral with the SWZ are not intended to violate Art. 99 of the Public Procurement Law, and are only intended to specify quality and technological expectations Ordering Party. This should be understood as specifying the required minimum operational, functional and technical parameters or quality standards. The delivered equipment must be brand new, i.e. not used before the date of delivery and not displayed on conferences and trade fairs, or used in a similar manner.
