Contractor after signing order is obliged to make accurate measurements before starting the order and submitting the report to the Supply Department of KWP Katowice. The color of vertical blinds/roller blinds is left to the user's choice. The contractor is obliged to: presentation of the template min. 10 colors (shades of white, beige, gray, navy blue) with parameters consistent with Annex No. 1. The documents can be found in the "attachments" tab. The contractor is obliged to submit a declaration of not being subject to exclusion pursuant to art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for the protection of national security (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 514).
