Tender Details

Purchase, delivery and installation of a plasma sterilizer for the Central Sterilization Room of the Provincial Hospital Center of the Jelenia Góra Valley. Order completion date: in accordance with Appendix No. 1, delivery, installation and commissioning of the device and staff training Central Sterilization Center up to 4 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract; Place of delivery: Central Sterilization Plant of the Provincial Hospital Center of the Jeleniogrska Valley, ul. Ogiskiego 6, 58-506 Jelenia GraTerms and payment terms Delivery fee plasma sterilizer paid in six equal installments. The first installment for the delivery of the subject of the contract - the plasma sterilizer - will be payable after signing the acceptance protocol of the subject of the order (device), within 30 days from the date of delivery by The Contractor shall issue an invoice, formally and substantively correct, to the Ordering Party, to the bank account entered by the Contractor on the invoice. Each subsequent installment (the remaining 5 installments) is payable at 6-month intervals from the previous installment. The gap between payments installments must be at least 6 months.
