INVITATION TO BID FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT-TWO FAILED BIDDINGS FOR THE PURCHASE, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF IHOMIS + SERVERS FOR THE APH
1. The Provincial Government of Abra, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan funded under capital outlay for the FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (PhP2, 190, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase, Delivery and Installation of IHOMIS + Servers for the APH with contract no. PGAPHO2025-GDS22. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
