The subject of the order is: Purchase, delivery and installation of equipment for two student zones for the University of Opole, divided into parts: Part No. 1 - Purchase, delivery and installation of equipment for the student area at Collegium Iuridicum Part No. 2 - Purchase, delivery and installation of equipment for the student zone at Staszica Square 2. Description of the subject of the order in relation to part No. 1, constitutes Annex No. 1A to the SWZ. in relation to part No. 2, constitutes Annex No. 1B to the SWZ. 3. In connection with the implementation of this the public procurement procedure took into account accessibility requirements for people with special needs in accordance with the principles arising from the provisions of the Act of July 19, 2019 on ensuring accessibility for people with special needs (i.e. Journal Laws of 2024, item 1411, as amended).
