Purchase, delivery and installation of a computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging scanner 1. The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and installation of a computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging scanner. 2. A detailed description is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ 3. Place of delivery - clinic at ul. Żeromskiego 13 in Warsaw 4. The contractor must have the documents required by the MDR Regulation 2017/745 for the offered CT and MRI: a) CE Certificate of Conformity issued by a notified body, b) EU Declaration of Conformity issued by the manufacturer, c) Proof of notification/notification to the President of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products (URPL) or confirmation of registration in the European EUDAMED database. 1. The public procurement procedure is conducted in the form of a tender unlimited under the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law. 2. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of applying the procedure specified in Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law, maybe first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure. 3.The proceedings are conducted in Polish language. 4.
