Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery and installation of brand new rubber belts for conveyors and electromagnetic separators of the sorting line, located at the Waste Management Plant in Musiał, commune. Osieczna, specified in table no. 1 below.2. Detailed requirements:2.1. The tapes should be brand new, i.e. unused before delivery, not in production.2.2. Year of production there: min. 2023.2.3. Parameters of conveyor belts: Properties of sorting conveyor belts: a) EP 400/3 4:2 type belt in accordance with the applicable DIN 22102 standard in the versiongrease- and oil-resistant, with a thickness of not less than 8.5 mm, maximum abrasion of 150 mm3, b) EP 400/3 2:0 type tape in accordance with the applicable DIN 22102 standard, in a grease- and oil-resistant version, with a thickness of not less than 6.5 mm, maximum abrasion 150mm3 - Properties of tapes for electromagnetic separators (item10, 20, 30 table no. 1): a) 3-layer tape EP 630/3 4:2 made of rubber reinforced with fabric spacers, grease and oil resistant, total thickness up to 9.5 mm, tear strength not less than 630 N/mm2, abrasion not greater than 150 mm3.2.4.
