1. The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and implementation of systems and new devices that increase information security in the office, delivery of a NAS Server, DLP software and data backup software. Order under the project entitled Cybersecure Local Government in Jdrzejw Commune under the Grant Agreement No. FERC.02.02-CS.01-001/23. 2. The quantitative scope of delivery includes: a) NAS server - 1 pc. b) DLP software - 1 pc. c) Data backup software - 1 pc.3. Detailed description of the item the orders are presented in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.4. In terms of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) deliver the subject of the order at his own expense and risk, as well as unload it and bring it to the place indicated by the Ordering Party - Municipal Office in Jdrzejów, 28-300 Jdrzejw ul. 11 Listopada 33a.2) delivery of the equipment together with: a) documents necessary to take over the subject of the order for useb) with all accessories constituting the sales set;3) notification of the representative the Ordering Party about the planned delivery date of the subject of the order, no later than 3 days before this date.
