Email: Login to see tender_detailsLogin to see details Tender Details The Municipal Social Welfare Center in Sosnowiec requests the submission of a price offer as part of a procedure conducted without the application of the Public Procurement Law, the subject of which is: "Purchase, delivery and contribution of tableware and kitchen utensils and accessories for the needs of Transformation Clubs in connection with the implementation of the project "Let's create a climate and a just transformation in Sosnowiec"", in accordance with the scope specified in the annex. The subject of the order was divided into two tasks:1. Purchase, delivery and delivery of tableware and kitchen utensils. 2. Purchase, delivery and delivery of kitchen accessories. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers for one or two selected parts - tasks. Selecting an offer the most favorable one will be made separately for each task. Each Contractor has the right to submit only one offer for a given task. A situation in which the same entity appears in two or more offers submitted jointly for a task or is an independent Contractor and at the same time is a participant in a joint offer. The delivery should be made to the MOPS headquarters in Sosnowiec at ul. 3 Maja 33during the Center's opening hours i.e.: on Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., from Tuesday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The value of the offer should represent the gross amount and the VAT rate.
