"Purchase, delivery and configuration of ICT infrastructure under the government program "Cybersecure Government"" The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and configuration of ICT infrastructure carried out as part of a government program "Cybersecure Government". The ordering party requires the delivery, commissioning and configuration of a comprehensive network infrastructure at the ordering party's premises. The order is being implemented as part of the project entitled: "Improving the level of Cybersecurity in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Voivodeship Office in Kielce and its subordinate units” co-financed by the European Union under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan program in the grant competition entitled “Cybersecure Government”. The description of the subject of the order constitutes: Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. All indicated product names should be understood as specifying the required technical parameters or quality standards. Whenever the proceedings documentation indicates trademarks, product names, patents, origin, standards, sources or specific processes characterizing specific products provided by a specific contractor, if this could lead to the preference or elimination of certain contractors or products, it is justified specificity of the subject of the contract, and that the contracting authority cannot describe the subject of the contract using sufficiently precise terms.
