PURCHASE OF DAYCARE UNIFORM
The Barangay Government of San Jose, Antipolo City, through the 5% GAD Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Pesos Php 984, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Daycare Uniform Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Barangay Government of San Jose, Antipolo City now invites bids for the Purchase of Daycare Uniform. Delivery of Goods is 15 days.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act” as revised by RA 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act” and its IRR.
The Contract shall be awarded to the bidder with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) pursuant to the IRR of the aforementioned laws.
