Purchase of Data Center devices - expansion of network infrastructure 1. Subject of the order: Purchase of Data Center devices - expansion of network infrastructure. The order concerns the purchase of 4 network switches. 2.Order details - in accordance with requirements contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (OPZ) and Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (draft contract). 2a. The ordering party requires that the subject of the order, in particular equipment, software, services or processes in the field of information and communication technologies offered and delivered under the contract were not covered by: a) the recommendation referred to in Art. 33 section 4 of the Act of July 5, 2018 on the national cybersecurity system (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 20, as amended), stating their negative impact on the basic state interest; b) decision on recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Art. 67b section 15 of the Act on the national cybersecurity system.” 3. The Ordering Party does not plan to submit partial offers - the order is part of a larger one the whole granted in parts. 4.Equivalent solutions: 1) If the description of the subject of the order includes trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes products or services provided by a specific Contractor, the Ordering Party indicates the criteria used to assess equivalence in the procedure documentation. 2) If the description of the subject of the contract refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications...
