Tender Details

1. Subject of the order: Purchase of Data Center devices - expansion of network infrastructure. The order concerns the purchase of 4 network switches. 2. Order details - in accordance with the requirements contained in Annex No. 1 to SWZ (OPZ) and Annex No. 2 to SWZ (draft contract). 3. The Ordering Party does not plan to submit partial offers - the order is part of a larger whole awarded in parts. 4.Equivalent solutions: 1) If the description of the subject of the order includes trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific Contractor, the Ordering Party shall indicate the criteria used to assess equivalence in the procedure documentation. 2) Where the item description procurement refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described. 3) The contractor is obliged prove in the offer, in particular by means of evidence referred to in Art. 104-106 of the Public Procurement Law, that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract. 4) Where the description the subject of the contract refers to the performance or functionality requirements referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contractor is obliged to prove in the offer, in particular...
