Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of crushed aggregate of fractions 0-31.5 mm in quantities of up to 220 tons by self-dumping vehicles. 2. The crushed aggregate must meet the requirements of PN-EN 13043:2004. The ordering party allows solutions equivalent to the above. requires, however A contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to indicate that the supplies he offers meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. 3. Deliveries on working days (Monday to Friday) within hours 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., according to the current needs specified by the Ordering Party regarding quantity and delivery date.4. Place of storage of crushed aggregate: material and equipment base in Sielec, Sielec 144, 22-122 Leniowice.5. The amount of crushed aggregate given is an estimated value, incl If the Ordering Party fails to complete the quantitative purchase during the term of the contract, the purchase is considered completed without any claims for damages. The minimum quantity completion is 80% of the order.
