The City of Kemi's Green Tourism project (AKKK) requests bids for the Purchase Service in accordance with the invitation to tender and its documents. The procurement applies to surveys and mapping on international cruise activities and business. The acquisition will investigate and survey international Kemi and northern market demand for cruise activities, identify operators and networks, and to determine the legislative, environmental and responsibility requirements and infrastructure needs of the cruise business.
