The planned contract period is four years, valid until further notice being. Sub-areas: 1. CRP scrolling device (table model):- There are approximately 150 CRP table-top devices in ISLAB's area- About 85, 000 CRP tests are performed/year2. CRP scrolling device (portable): - There are approximately 50 CRP table-top devices in the ISLAB area approx. 35, 000 CRP tests are performed per year3. HbA1c scrolling device: -The number of HbA1c devices is estimated to be around 20 pcs.-HbA1c scrolling tests are done around 4800 pcs/year4. Reagents for already existing devices (Afinion CRP)5. Reagents for existing ones devices (QuikRead go CRP)6. Reagents for already existing devices (Afinion HbA1c) The device and test quantities indicated in the request for quotation are indicative and indicative, and not binding on the Orderer, and have been given to the Supplier at the time of making the offer in support of. The final consumption amounts may be higher or lower than the stated examples. If the device model changes, the Subscriber will renew the device stock during the one-year transition period.
