1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a beehive track covering system at the Municipal Stadium in Ostrów Wielkopolski at 64.2 Pisudskiego Street. The track covering system is intended to protect the track against unfavorable weather conditions, mainly rainfall.3. The system should consist of a set of tarpaulins, sizes adapted to the dimensions of the track.4. The dimensions of the street track are as follows: 1) the length of the street track in the stadium is 372 m, 2) the width of the street track on the straights is 14 m, 3) the width of the street track on the curves is 16 m. Note: The given track dimensions are approximate, the dimensions must be adapted to the dimensions and geometry of the track. Therefore, before constructing and delivering the system, the contractor is obliged to make the required measurements of the track and the bands surrounding the track in order to properly adapting the track covering system and selecting the appropriate size of tarpaulins and their mounting. The contractor is obliged to agree on the equipment elements with the ordering party.5. The track covering should be brand new, manufactured no later than 2024, free from defects and showing no signs of use.6.
