1. The subject of the contract is the successive deliveries of materials used for the needs of the Electrophysiology Studio of the Ordering Party. 2. A brief description of the subject of the contract: A detailed description of the subject of the contract in terms of the required parameters regarding the required parameters is specified in Annex 2 to SWZ. 3. A detailed list of the amount of use of worable materials is in Annex 2 to SWZ - assortment and price form. 4. The Purchaser allows the submission of partial offers broken down into four parts of the order / packages / tasks according to the following division: 1) part of the order No. 1 - measuring tubes; 2) part of the order No. 2 - Chiba needle; 3) part of the order No. 3 - Introducer "Peel Away"; 4) part of the order No. 4 - patch from the extracellular matrix; 5) part of the order No. 5 - catheters, T -shirts and electrodes; 6) part of the order No. 6 - Diagnostic guide. 1.
