Part 4: Plastic devices Part 4: Medical and metal devices The public procurement procedure is aimed at concluding a framework purchase agreement with the winning bidder in all parts of the procedure. The amount of the framework purchase agreement to be concluded is the winning bidder by the "total bid price" (net HUF) for the proposed planned quantity, 70% of which the Bidder undertakes to place an order. Fulfillment of consumable laboratory equipment needs is achieved through direct ordering. Request for bids periodically sums up the requirements for consumable laboratory equipment that arise, and then sends a direct order for the required consumable laboratory equipment and their quantity to the successful tenderer of the relevant part - via e-mail.
