Procurement of consumables for the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (hereinafter MATE) in the following 3 procedural parts: Part 1: Safety technical goods Part 2: Pipette tips Part 3: Medical and metal instruments All procedural parts of the public procurement procedure is partly aimed at concluding a framework agreement with a tenderer. The framework agreements are in accordance with Kbt. According to § 105, paragraph (1), point a), they contain all the conditions of public procurement, on the basis of which the fulfillment of requirements for consumable laboratory equipment is directly is realized by order. The tenderer periodically sums up the requirements for consumable laboratory equipment that arise, and then sends a direct order for the required consumable laboratory equipment and their quantity to the winning bidder of the relevant part - Elektronikus Through the Public Procurement System (EKR) or - if the use of the EKR is not guaranteed by law, in other ways specified by law.
