PURCHASE OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS ORLAIVIų ANGARĪ VEIVERIĆ G. 132, KAUNOS (inter.)
The contractor undertakes to carry out the Works and Construction as set out in the Contract completion deadlines, in compliance with the Work Execution Schedule, to carry out, hand over and complete the aircraft hangar Veiverių st. 132, Kaunas construction works according to the Technical Work Project ("Construction project for transport purpose groups, garage buildings - aircraft hangars Veiverių st. 132, Kaunas city"), to provide the necessary engineering services for the Works, as stipulated in the Contract, as well as to correct them after the Works have been completed defects identified by the term, and the Customer undertakes to create the necessary conditions for the Contractor to perform the Works, to accept the result of the properly performed Works in accordance with the procedure provided for in the Contract, and to pay the Contractor the Contract Price under the conditions and procedure provided for in the Contract.
