1) PURCHASE OF LIME AGGREGATEThe scope of deliveries includes: Purchase along with loading, delivery and unloading to roads in the Inowrocaw commune in the form of road aggregate in the form of limestone of fraction 0-31 mm for installation in the surface of unpaved roads owned or administered by the Commune of Inowrocaw in an estimated amount of 4, 000 tons of aggregate. The aggregate must not be contaminated in the form of: wires, nails that may damage vehicles traveling on the road, as well as other contaminants (unsorted aggregate etc.) and must not contain elements harmful to the environment (asbestos, ashes, etc.). If such contaminants are found in the content of the aggregate, the Ordering Party will ensure that these contaminants are removed.
