The Barangay Hipantag of Municipality of Bontoc Southern Leyte through the Bids and Award Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders/suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:
PURCHASE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR EXPANSION OF BARANGAY HALL
ABC= 165, 198.00 Duration 18 DAYS
The BAC will issue to prospect bidders eligibility forms through the Secretariat upon submission of the Letter of Intent (LOI) and payment of non-refundable amount of PHP 500.00 for the bids form to the Barangay Treasurer or her designated personnel. The BAC will use the standard pass/fail criteria during the bidding after a preliminary examination of bids. The BAC will conduct a post-qualification of the bids as determined and submitted by the Technical Working Group (TWG) as found to be the lowest calculated and responsive bid.
