1. The City Government of Palayan, through the SPECIAL EDUCATION FUND intends to apply the sum of (Php765, 639.96) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Construction Materials for the Construction of 1-CL School Building at Kalikasan Elementary School. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening.
