1. The subject of this agreement is the purchase of a perpetual license, configuration and implementation of an integrated infrastructure and IT security management system along with maintenance for a period of 24 months.2. Detailed parameters regarding the subject of the contract have been provided included in the Detailed description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The order includes software delivery, installation and configuration, and implementation. 4. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with the necessary licenses, warranty conditions and technical support in accordance with the manufacturer's declaration.5. All work related to the delivery of the subject of the order, installation and configuration is the Contractor's own expense.6. The licenses will entitle the Ordering Party to use the software for an indefinite period of time, without territorial restrictions in the fields of use, including at least: 1) installation and use of the software in full functionality in accordance with its intended use, 2) free downloading, installation and use of patches and updates issued for software by the software manufacturer.7.
