Description : The Local Government Unit of Calinog, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the PURCHASE OF CONFERENCE SYSTEM TO BE USED BY BAC FOR BAC PROCEEDINGS of the GSO through SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT (SECTION 34) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.

Quotations shall indicate the shortest delivery period and must be duly signed by the supplier or their authorized representative.
Submission of quotations shall be made not later than JULY 20, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. at the BAC Secretariat Office, 3rd Floor, Calinog Government Center, Quezon St., Brgy. Poblacion Ilaya, Calinog, Iloilo, upon payment of the RFQ Form in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (₱500.00).
