1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 25 portable computers, in accordance with the technical conditions indicated in the assortment and price form, constituting an attachment to SWZ.2. The delivered item should be brand new, complete and meeting the requirements applicable regulations, free from any physical defects as well as from any legal defects and claims from third parties and ready for use in accordance with its intended purpose.3. If the description of the subject of the order includes indication of characters trademarks or origin, the Ordering Party informs that this provision is only a definition of minimum parameters and constitutes an indication for the Contractor what features the materials or devices used to implement the subject of the order should have. The ordering party allows execution of the order by using equivalent materials or devices. The contractor who offers materials or equivalent devices is obliged to demonstrate in the offer that they meet the requirements of the Ordering Party.4.
