Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer should have registration in e-GP portal system.2. Tenderer should fulfill all criteria's which are stated in TDS. Rest of criteria mentioned in TDS.3. Tenderer should submit their credit line facility / Liquid assets certificate according to PPR format. Without credit line facility / Liquid assets certificate according to PPR format tender declare as non-responsive. Amount of liquid asset is TK.3, 50, 000.00 (Three Lakh Fifty Thousand).4. After completion of the tender opening process, if unable to downloading important documents of the tender, which consider to tender evaluation, this may be treated as non-responsive.5. Up to date Trade license, VAT and Tax Certificate.6. Successful completion of similar nature Supply of Printing Goods in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Organization of minimum 7, 00, 000/- (Seven Lakh ) under maximum two contracts in the last 5 (Five) years.7. Minimum of 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of related Goods.8. Supplier must submit assurance letter in company letter pad to supply the goods within 30 days after completion of contract agreement.9. Catalogue must be submitted.10. Suplier must install/setup/assemble the instrument, provide a demenstration and perform a trial.11. Manufacturer Authorization letter must be submitted (for Smart board with OPS)
