We invite you to participate in the tender for the purchase of information and communication equipment, security systems and other electrical goods TENDER TERMS: 1st round "Acceptance of proposals" Deadline: until 13:00 on 12/22/2025 2nd round "Reduction" Deadline: to be determined after the end of the acceptance and consideration of offers. Price offers sent by participants after the deadline for the Reduction are used indicatively and are not considered when summing up the results. Participants with different payment terms may be admitted to bidding. After conducting the "Indicated price" calculation will be applied to the bidding (the terms of payment and delivery terms will be taken into account). Based on the results of the bidding, the potential winner will be sent a standard contract form in the Astarta-Kyiv office for signing. ATTENTION TO PARTICIPANTS:- The customer has the right to unilaterally reduce the volume of purchased goods. In the event of a decrease in the volume of purchased goods, calculations are made for the actually delivered goods in accordance with the primary documents. - in the tender procedures of Agropromholding Astarta-Kyiv the participation of two or more interconnected procurement participants is allowed, unless this is caused by the construction of a corporate structure (network), which is necessarily indicated by the procurement participant in an official letter/commercial offer. - Participants are prohibited to offer for delivery goods whose country of origin is the Russian Federation and/or the Republic of Belarus and/or the Islamic Republic of Iran.
