The ordering party requires the contractor to submit the following means of evidence along with the offer: 1) Declarations, Annex No. 5 to SWZ.4. If the contractor fails to submit the funds in question evidence or the complex evidence in question is incomplete, the ordering party will request their submission or completion within the time limit specified in the request.5.
