The ordering parties are entities acting jointly within the PKP Purchasing Group, i.e.: 1) Polskie Koleje Państwowe Spółka Akcyjna2) PKP Informatyka Spółka z o. o.3) PKP Cargo Service spółka z o. o. The proceedings are conducted by PKP Informatyka spółka z o. o. acting on behalf of and for the benefit of the entities, based on the granted powers of attorney.2.
