infrastructure 1. The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery, installation, assembly and commissioning of a computed tomography scanner with cardiology software, along with the adaptation of the infrastructure for the needs of the Independent Public Health Care Center of the Provincial Combined Hospital. Jędrzej Śniadecki in Białystok and the provision of maintenance services during the warranty period for the completed task. 2. A detailed description and technical parameters of the subject of the order as well as the scope and size of work necessary to install and start up the computed tomography scanner are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form. The parameters of the rooms and the building as well as ventilation measurements are detailed in Annex No. 2a to the SWZ - Documents regarding the adaptation of the rooms. Information on the principles of delivery, warranty and remuneration is included in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ - draft provisions of the contract.
