MESKO S.A. invites you to submit offers for a contract for the purchase of components for a pyrographite production station. Order award procedure: the order will be awarded according to the Ordering Party's internal procedure. Detailed information can be found in annexes included in this procedure. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to placing an order and signing a contract. Please submit the offer together with attachments in the form of document scans, preferably in the form one PDF file. The bidder is obliged to sign a confidentiality agreement (Appendix No. 5). The signed scan of the agreement should be placed on the purchasing platform in the Questions/Information section, and 2 hand-signed copies of the agreement should be sent by traditional mail to the address of the Ordering Party. The Company's purchasing platform is used as a leading tool for communication between the Ordering Party and the Offeror. The offer, all correspondence, statements, applications, notices and other information, The Ordering Party and the Bidder provide information via the Company's purchasing platform.
