Brief description of the tender: Elektrilevi's aim with this tender is to find a strategic communications consultant who has the ability to support the strategic planning of the company's communications, support the implementation of communication projects and help contribute to the improvement of communication ability. It is critically important that the communication consultant team has good knowledge of the Estonian energy sector and a wide range of experience in energy projects (including renewable energy projects), state-owned in advising companies, network companies providing vital services and companies with a large customer base. Also important for successful cooperation is the ability of the Provider to contribute, if necessary, a sufficient amount of resources for intensive crisis communication or to implement projects. It is very important to avoid a commercial or other conflict of interest with the rest of the communication partner's client portfolio.
