Brief Description:
The Barangay Old Cabalan, Olongapo City, through its General Fund, invites bids for the supply and delivery of Portable Radios (POC) intended for official barangay communication and operations. This procurement is conducted through Public Bidding in accordance with Republic Act No. 9184, its 2016 Revised IRR, applicable GPPB Guidelines, COA Circulars, and Republic Act No. 12009.
This is a re-bidding following a failure of bidding during the first attempt due to non-submission of bids, pursuant to Section 35 of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184.
